    Hey guys! I have been reading a lot on this forum lately and there's really some great stuff here! This is my first post, so please dont hate on me if I did something wrong :)

    So, i have read all the guides there is to read i guess. And now I'm doing keyword research! If i have understood everything then i might have found a good keyword, but I'm not sure so if its okay I am going to post some results of my research and hopefully you guys will give me some feedback!

    Here it goes:
    Google search keyword with "" = 168K results
    Google search with inurl = 5420
    Google search with intitle = 16800
    Google search with inurl and intitle = 3920

    Google adwords stats:
    Global searches/m = 880
    Local(US) = 440
    CPA = 1 USD

    Traffic travis pic:
    Can't post imgaes yet =/ But traffic travis gives a medium easy rate

    I also found another keyword
    Google search with "" = 535K
    inurl = 27K
    intitle = 45.6K
    inurl and intitle = 7

    Adwords
    Global searches/m = 1900
    Local = 210
    CPA = 1,51 USD

    Traffic travis pic:
    ........ Relatively easy rate

    So, what do you guys think? Exact keyword domains are taken, but would it work if i added a word before or after the keyword in the domain?

    How much unique content do i need? I'm thinking micro sites because I'm not so sure how easy it would be to write more then one or two articles about these keywords.

    Sorry if my grammar aint perfect, I'm from Norway! :p

    Those keywords will work. Add dashes to the domains, get the .coms. Build at least 5 pieces of unique content. Try and automate other types of content and build backlinks. In 3 months you'll be in the top 10.

    Those will def. take some time (2-3 or more), unless you spend a good amount on SEO and do on page SEO.

    Try to see if you can not find keywords with less than 50K competition in quotes" " when the keyword is typed in google. Around 20K is a good number.

    Good luck.

    Agreed, they will take 2 -3 months but might not take much SEO besides good content. You'd have to check the competition for those particular keywords in the top 10. I've created tons of websites with no offsite and gained top 10 rankings all day long without any offsite seo.

    Competition with quotes "keyword" has to be the most useless used metric in the entire SEO business. If people aren't optimized for the keyword why would you care if they're in the index. Only look to see if people are optimized.

    Then use something like Traffic Travis or Market Samurai to check the top 10 to see what you're up against for positions 1 -3. You should try to rank for nothing less than #3.
