    Hi,

When I go to Bing and do a search on my main keyword, my site comes up about 5th on the list. If I go to one of the automated keyword ranking tools, my site and keyword are listed as not showing up in the top 50/100 etc. Just curious if anyone had any ideas? The site is about a week old, so maybe the tools use cached information? Thanks for any suggestions.

Yeah its due to cache/cookies, beacuse you already visited your site- its ranking high in search results
Just open a new "private" tab in your browser and check the results there.

It still shows up for me if I use a private tab/incognito window. I will try using a different computer somewhere else and see what the results are from there. Thanks for your help!

Edit: The results are the same from a brand new computer.

DUDE... ranking 5th in a week? that is really cool.

Here is my question. I bought a domain and branded it as my companies name. That's where I built a squeeze page. and the backend of my site.

Now I am learning about traffic etc. This name has nothing to do with my keywords. Is it impossible or extremely hard to rank if your domain name is not same as keywords?

I see now what to do - but site is up and thousands spent ... just hate to stop and re build.

I have also noticed that same issue with a program I use for checking my sites ranks. If I use different computers, browsers, clear cookies & cache, my site shows up in the same spot. But if I use the program it shows the sites ranking really bad.
