I'm trying to run a blast on senuke x but the thing I didn't quite understand is the keyword thing which I'm guessing it's probably the most important thing.
My question is, and please don't think I'm super stupid but it's my second time doing this but I was trying to promote a site on muscle gain and the keywords I use were kinda like "build muscle" "gain muscle" "muscle" etc ... then when I saw it working I realized that was pretty stupid.

My question is, should my keyword be in format like "insert website url here plus something like -use this to gain muscle" blahblah something that includes my websites name, right? because right now if I type in my websites url it doesn't even come up.

Please and thank you to everyonce who takes the time to respond.

If you are setting up the keywords in the wizard, they are going to act as anchor text for your links. You can either place them contextually in the sentences, or as a simple link at the end of the post.

Your keywords should be phrases that people would actually search for related to your site. If you have a new site, the name of your site is going to be highly irrelevant as far as keywords go, because no one knows that your site exists, and as a result, they would never search for it(no brand recognition). Therefore, you need more generic keywords if you want traffic at all, which also means there is going to be more competition for them.

    I hope this is helpful!
