    Hi all

What does it mean when your keyword is a product and all 10 sites ranking are sites like Amazon and big ecommerce stores?

    Do you ditch the keyword?

    Any advice :D

What sites are ranking? How do the link profiles for the ranking pages look?

And what are you going to rank?

I understand you don't want to share your keyword for obvious reasons, but you can share something like a Market Samurai screenshot of the front page metrics.

I'll have to estimate how profitable that keyword will be when ranked and how much money, time and resources should I spend/invest before coming to a conclusion.

You are probably going to have a hell of a time trying to rank for that keyword against the big guys. At the same time though, you need to see how those site are ranking. If the page they are ranking for is weak (low or no backlinks) and their content is weak, you may have a chance. And as always, you have to make sure that your content for your pages is better than theirs.

Do you mean you have a product that you wish to promote on Amazon? Or do you have a website like Amazon and need keywords for your products? You need to be clear!

You don't have tp be page 1 to cash out if a keyword is big enough. How tough does page 2 look? How many views does the keyword get??
