Keyword domain values?

I'm looking to strictly register or backorder 1-3 word .com keyword domains that have a healthy search volume. I'm not interested in anything else. I know I can find and filter these domains, but I'm wondering if anyone's done this and how hard it is to actually sell them. If anyone's got any input it would be greatly appreciated. Even if I can only find one gem a week it would still be a fun business to run on the side.
