Im trying to rank a few different sites for service in city, state keywords. I have GSER running with the most popular link types running. Im pushing pr 4+ with less then 10 Obl to the different optimizes inner pages as well as all keywords to the main page.

Im pushing 10 - 30 links a day and not seeing really any improvement. What am I doing wrong? Ay suggestions on links that would boost the domains as a whole? Any help woukd be great

Recommend that you submit your site to severals google place sites. So google could determine your targeted local

I'm doing what you're doing. I try to stay out of the seven pack, as there are organic 3 results above the 7 pack that I find get more traffic. 2 of my sites (same company - different brand) are ranked in these top3 positions...

Here is the method that I just used to rank a service #1/2 in a very competitive local service industry. Took about 3 months.

    1. Bought a PR 2 domain that was related to my niche
    2. Redirected to brand new domain
    3. purchased a link diversifiying package from seolix. I basically sent backlinks to every inner page on my site (plus home page) with generic, brand, naked kws ONLY. My site has 12 pages
    4. Waited 1 month, then bought biggest Lady Gaga package (from provider sam something). Used my 5 main kws, plus url and brand only. all to home page
    5. During the next month I made manual web2.0s. about 20. I think these were a waste of time, but they're all the rage so I went ahead and did this extremely boring task.
    6. Next month got the Assurank smallest package so that I would have wide diversity of links (it was like 33 different types of something). Again, 5 main KWs, naked, brand only to homepage

This all got me within top 5 for all 5 keywords in about 2 or 3 months. Last thing I did was buy smallest SEO envy package. Now I'm ranked #1 for all KWs. I'm out ranking my other site in the niche (whcih is #2), a site I've been working on for 5 years. Kinda pisses me off.

That's my experience. I think the main thing was the redirect from aged (3 years old) pr2 site related to my niche.

Why the pr2 domain redirect when your sending links to the main domain anyway?
