I know the question was not for me, but I will answer. The links will hardly be punished by the algorithm, however if you go through a manual review you will be punished. That's why you should use it as tier 2 or for quick projects (where you earn a lot of money fast and don't mind getting punished at one time or another). For long term projects it is risky.

Review: Tested the package as tier 2. Feeling a nice improvement in high competition keywords. So far it's worth it for the price. I asked again to test in another niche.

What can improve: I would like to send the links to a premium indexer. I would like the seller to provide himself a linking report so I could do this.
