Apparently soggy burgers are a huge problem. The solution: ketchup leather. Ketchup leather is dehydrated ketchup in the shape of a square. It looks like fruit roll-ups. You put it on a burger and it re-hydrates itself. This stops the burger from being soggy. It's being reported as new and innovative tech. http://www.techinsider.io/ketchup-leather-is-the-ultimate-burger-sogginess-solution-2015-11 http://mashable.com/2015/11/18/ketchup-leather/ I love how we invent solutions to problems that aren't actually problems. I find that my buns don't get soggy if I put the right amount of ketchup on the meat, in between the buns and the toppings, and not on the actual bread. Also, isn't part of the fun of eating a burger the mess that it makes? Or am I wrong?
