I'm wanting to better streamline my organization of customers, their orders, and the current status/progress of their order. Also maybe a few extra fields of Information. Would also like to save and keep a database of all the Information after the status of their order Is completed (for future reference).

Any software out there that comes to mind to anyone? Would LOVE to hear It. I foresee me getting overwhelmed In the near future due to order volume, and I want to tackle this problem before It arises.

    -Thanks

CRM software were developed to do just that, keep track of your customers and helping to build your relationship with them.

I have my CRM and accounting software connected to each other, plus the VoIP system in sync with the CRM as well. Everything I need gets recorded with the CRM, and thus when a client calls I have his information up in the CRM with a click of a button and know exactly what he has ordered, when and so on. The clients stay in the database until I delete them.

    Awesome reply, thank you sir!

Do you mind sharing the services you use? You seem to have a great system setup. Salesforce came to mind because I was looking at It about a week ago, but If you have any other recommendations would love to hear them.

I have taken advantage of a UK company when it comes to accounting, I am using Freeagent as my accounting software. It really depends on what you like, so instead of getting what I have, you should try out many different things. I myself love the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, but it might not be the one for you. And it's not the cheapest option out there, but seeing as I also have Office 365, the CRM comes naturally with that. The VoIP is really dependent on who you get your broadband from at least here in the UK, and in some cases it's not even beneficial considering you have the line rental already for the internet.

But, test out the different software out there, and find the one you feel comfortable with. Takes time and effort to sort through different providers and software and VoIP systems etc. but in the end it's worth it.

Thank you, I will try out a few of them.

Got a tour of a couple of them today, and got some calls today from some CRM's to discuss what I'm looking for. I think I found one that fits my needs, but still going to try out a couple more.

    -Thanks
