So I downloaded something dodgy not long ago, and then my browser got hijacked and the computer became slow.
I scanned through Malware bytes and there was over 200 Trojan malware on my pc. I removed it all but whenever i restart my computer they come back.
Can anyone tell me on how to get rid of it completely? Some programs or any other way to remove this headache?

    Thanks.

taking your pc or laptop back to factory settings effectively makes it new as if just straight from the " Factory " hence the term. It will wipe everything except the operating system, so if you have photo's etc on there then move them to dropbox or usb. Any software make sure you have installers or copies.
Then just take it back to factory settings for a brand new computer

i don't know if i allowed to post links, but with the simple way go to google and hit "360 total security" Download it and scan your pc.After that, restart. It's a very good option to clean malwares if you want something free.

Reinstalling your OS will fix this, but first try to save vital files that you`d need after the reinstall.

Format your system disk and then reinstall the OS
Then after all regular software installed, backup your system disk, make a mirror and when something like this happen again, you can easily restore your system in 10~15 minutes.

Download Adwcleaner and JRT run them scan and remove all possible virus, then go to your internet options and then there will be something called reset settings, reset it, then go to your browser reset all your preferences and reset your browser. now after the junk is removed scan your computer, after scanned go to your antivirus quarantine folder and delete all infected files manually. after doing, scan again, restart. then download iobit advance care scan your pc , and fix it later, then the last one, download cc cleaner and scan full system and also your registry. fix everything,. voila everythings under control.

    1.Run malwareBytes.
    2.Remove all infections.
3.Make sure "Auto Restore/Backup " is turned off!!!
    4.Reboot.
    5.scan again

If this doesn't work you'll have to format your hard drive and re-install the o.s
    Good luck

    EDIT:
Try scanning with HitManPro. 30 day free trial with NO reg..

you don't need to reformat and install the OS, it's already there. Windows has 2 OS, one is used and one partitioned off and safe. Taking back to factory settings removes the OS being used and installs the spare one ( Safe ). Far quicker and easier and it returns the pc or laptop back to the state of when you brought it, ie NEW
Assuming your using Windows of course

My advice is for you to create a free drop box account, move all your important stuff there, then format your hard drive and start from scratch. Ensure the malware is gone, then load your files back from drop box, if the malware returns then it is somewhere in the files you moved from drop box

I only have my own experience and that aint in print screens :p the software works like a charm and will remove malware as you say. But my experience tells me that most programs will update and try to install toolbars and sh!t :) Also I find that I always end up with slower PC a couple of months after installing a crappy free software..
