keep getting temp ban

Hey,

I was using FL but haven't really used it for ages now out of no where, after following maybe like 10 people and making a few comments on friends pages i keep getting "an error occurred while processing this request. please try again later. we restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. tell us if you think we made a misteak"

No idea why i am getting this all the time after literally not commenting or posting anything than i try like follow or comment or what ever and i get this?

Try to like and comment manually, if you got same error then give your account rest few days

Yeah i'm trying to comment manually, this is the error that instagram is giving me. i can't even tag some one in my own images or like my own images.

its really strange. it wont let me do anything but post a new image. maybe i will have to rest it, but i haven't used fl for a couple weeks so its strange
 
first of all, give your account a rest, not the other way around. second of all, what are your delays? and how old is your account?
 
Leave your account/s to rest for few days, and don't comment for little bit longer.

But I haven't used the FL for a couple of weeks and than i went to manually follow a few friends and comment on a couple of there pictures, after like 4 of them i get this error

the problem is not if you've used followliker for two weeks or not. the problem will always arise from your actions and settings. how old is your account? what else have you been doing? changing bio/put link/etc.
 
I did enter a video competition and put the link in my profile for them to click I've posted heaps of my own photos lately? It's just a strange thing that it let's me post photos but not like or comment or follow
 
I literally have tried to follow and comment about 15 people over the last week so confused
 
That's it. You've put a link and this is a reason for all the problems. Delete it and wait 1 or 2 days and then start doing everything again
 
I put a link yesterday and I had the same thing happened.. But why we cannot put a link? That's strange that we could not like anymore because the new link..:(

that s*cks real bad. I can last only 24 hours with a link in bio... Don't know what to do ....

live without a link in a bio. get a url shortener, that's really easy to remember and make people go there but only post it in the photo caption. better be safe than sorry
