Jvzoo stole a lot of money from us and are down right cheating people with commissions. Not to mention if you visit their site they cookie stuff you with their own affiliate id so they receive commissions on your products when they don't promote them.

As such we are switching our affiliate program to a new system that is currently in beta testing. Once it is live, you can promote through it.

    Thanks

I am in agreement. They HAVE a solid business model, and are already a major clickbank competitor. There should be no reason for some of their immoral practices. I get 2 emails for every product they are pushing for that mailing. They should not be mailing me at all to push products. That is what affiliates are for. Oh, but since you have all the emails of everyone that has signed up or bought something from the marketplace that gives you the right to spam me...Silly Me. Not to mention you even clip a commission from my product even if I make the sale. "A nickle bag gets sold in the park, I want in"...is jvzoo's philosophy. It is a shame because they had it, but are slowly letting it get away. Take heed Jvzoo if you're reading!

I can believe it coz all I know is that ever since I joined JVZoo as affiliate/merchant they have spammed the hell out of my email that was never spammed before! It's obvious they're selling lists of customers - or cross-promoting HARD with their own sales links to get more pay! It's ridiculous, you just can't trust anything these days! Seems it's best to keep everything in house (as much as possible) to cut out the middle-man who claims they are there to monitor things, look after you and make sure you get paid - but really they're just another hand in the cookie jar looking to rob your ass!

They are directly marketing to my email list as well. They didn't pay me for the last sale either.

It's not cookie stuffing, they just give themselves a commission if you visit a product sales page from their marketplace.

They promote to your customers if you select you want to have a chance to be POTD and if the customer doesn't uncheck the box for mailing at the bottom of the checkout page. Doubt you'd be complaining if they emailed their whole list with *your* offer.

Been with JVZoo for almost 2 years without any issues.
