Do you want to sell more designs in the print on demand niche on a new, profitable (foreign) market?
If so, this JV might be interesting for you. I am from Germany and an experienced seller on the German Spreadshirt Marketplace.

SpreadshirtDE is one of the biggest print on demand services (Over 500k monthly organic visitors from Germany) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. People can upload and sell their designs and other customers can buy these designs printed on T-Shirts, Hoodies, Phone Cases and many more.

What will you provide?: The designs.

What will I provide?: Design upload and placement, German keywords for every design, write German descriptions for every design.

How will the earnings be split?:
- 70% for you
- 30% for me

What percentage of the company will the JV partner own?

I'm sorry I don't understand the question. I don't want to make a company, but kind of like a partnership. Do I have to make an extra company for Joint Ventures? (It's my first JV yet and english is not my native language, I thought the JV section is for business partnerships, not for making a company together.)

A partnership is fine - how much of the partnership will the other party own should you decide to sell it?

I won't sell the partnership, it's all about the Print on Demand thing: You will provide your designs, I will manage the upload, keywords and description and the placement of the designs on the products, so they will be well presented to the spreadshirt marketplace. Normally I will set the design price to 5 euros, as this sells the best in my experience. Spreadshirt cashes out 4,88 Euros from that 5 Euros per design. This means you will get 3.42 Euros per sale and I get 1.46 Euros per sale after we split it.

Hope I could answer your question. If you have more questions, feel free to ask

Edit: If you mean what happens if I sell my Spreadshirt Account: This wont happen, because this has no Benefits at all. But if there would be no other solution but to sell the spreadshirt account, the revenue will be split equally between me and the other parts of this joint venture. So basically all parties in this JV own the same amount equally of this partnership.

Is this JV opportunity still open? I design and draw and would love to partner with you. I can't pm yet
