You are effectively asking me to take a 40% cut. So, in return i would do 40% less marketing and sales.

That means you would need to develop your own SaaS, take it to market and get some sales for proof of concept.

If you cannot do that as part of your 70%, then, without it, the project would fail.

If you can pick up that difference in the sales and marketing workload, get your own proof of concept and just want me to scale it, then yes i would consider 30%.
