[JV] You get & close leads + I perform the services (agency)

Looking to start an agency, I am able to perform the work, but I need a guy who will find leads, sell them / sign them up as clients and get the payment.
The services I can perform are:
- Copywriting
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Facebook ads
- Other ecommerce related services

I have also hired and managed a ton of contractors in the past which means we can sell any service or handle volume.
