[JV] Wordpress web designers

Yes, its out in the wild and its time to take advantage.
I have a sales team with (currently) 7 sales reps, that are cold calling, all are native english.
I am looking for 1-3 partners that will be able to create 1-3 websites (each) every day with wordpress.
I will be:
1. Finding leads
2. Buying themes (i already own quite a few)
3. Make the sale.

You will be:
1. Create a wordpress site
We split the profits 50/50, i believe each partner can make $250/day with 3-4 hours of work.
must have experience and show me some nice sites you made.
I would like to keep this Wordpress only as its the fastest, easiet and most user-friendly for customers.

please PM me only if you have at least 3 websites to show as examples, and you think you have the ability to create a good looking wordpress site within 2 hours max.

You are looking for people to reskin them or make them from scratch?

I'm interested.
I have good knowledge about wordpress and php.
With that said I can create custom features that may be requested by your clients, beside the obvious of configuring a theme.
For example, front end editing or data handling trough custom posts, etc.
Recently I also started to learn building WP plugins.
Unfortunately I don't have any sites live atm for you to check out, but will get a portfolio up soon.

I worked with tobbe for years, hes an awesome coder.

So far only 1 person is totally in this with me and i'm testing the waters with another 2.
Still looking for serious people who can put some time into this.
The job basically includes:
1. setting up a wordpress site
2. customizing the theme (I'll buy them)
3. Copywriting (this is the toughest part, need creative people who can fill out those Lorem Ipsum texts with some nice content. we are not talking about article writing here, just a few good lines)

We are aiming a specific niche at a time, so after first site is created, the following sites are in the same niche so creating them is easier and faster. MSG ME if interested! Make sure you have sites to show!
