JV With Someone With CPA Accounts

Currently I am looking for someone who could joint venture with me that has CPA accounts excluding Copeac and CJ (already have an account). I am looking for email submits or 1 page survey's for pet offers. I currently am working on a method in which could bank within a very short period of time. I will split all profits 50/50 with whoever wants to JV with me in this opportunity.

Also I may be looking for another JV with someone who has access to PVA CL accounts which I could also split 50/50 revenue with. I prefer a venture with someone with CPA accounts though. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
