JV with Facebook Fan Page

Hey Guys,

Hope you all are doing awesome. So I am going straight to the point.
I have a Meme site setup - Paid for hosting, script (yeah it is not some fake null script) with updates,Created a fan page. Uploaded well over 100 memes. Getting around 700 likes to the website fan page(Currently at 200 something I got a like pack).
Applied to some Affiliate networks and getting some ads setup. The website is premium looking not some cheap website. It has a mobile interface too. I have everything setup twitter,Pinterest, etc.
What I will be doing - Managing hosting
Moderating meme submissions
Optimizing Ads for MAX conversions.
Dealing with DMCA and other complaints
Updating website with new features. Maybe a meme generator soon.

What I need - Somebody with a FB fanpage. Higher fans preferred. Not below 100K. Preferably in the Meme niche but other niches are ok. Your fans must be real and responsive.

Pictures get Viral and we can BANK!
Profits shared EQUALLY 50/50
Payments made every 3 days or Every Week - Snapshot of Affiliate network. Paid via PayPal. MUST HAVE VERIFIED PAYPAL. I do not want to deal with payment issues. I may consider other payment methods too.

It's awesome that mods are approving JVs now, but with your "PS" stating that you guys aren't backing up the OP, what's the point in approving?

Some JV's which requires $$$$ will be denied, if there is not enough info or sounds fishy.. The threads which are approved assuming its viable. But still its member responsible to do your due diligence before investing into any JVs.
