I work for a company who are in B2B pre-paid card space.
I have the inside track - I know the due diligence process - I know the base costs.
I see a lot of opportunity, especially in the affiliate / BW world and want to JV with someone and guide them through getting setup.
Specifically I want to setup a UK LTD - YOU as one directory - my man as another.
Why do I need the JV? I have a conflict - I cant work and also contract with the same company.
