Do you want to have good returns on your money with zero work? Please read on.

I've been a freelancer for more or less 3 years now, with clients in oDesk, Fiverr and Elance. I'm already earning a lot of money considering the fact that I'm in the Philippines. This is mainly because I'm swamped with work and I'm already working 50-60 hours per week in addition to the work that I put in on my websites.

Now, I want to scale up. Why? Because I'm missing out on a lot of opportunities. I want to scale up by hiring employees so I can accept more work.

It makes a lot of sense. I have several writers who write articles for my sites for $2 to $3 per 500 word article. On the other hand, I get paid $5 to $10 per 500 word article. I figured that if I hire several writers and pay them a fixed daily rate, I can accept a lot of clients at my rate and pass them on to my writers. I can pay them $10 per 8 hour day which is a lot of money here. Let's say that a writer writes 10 article per day. I get paid $50 - $100 for those 10 articles, I pay my writer $10 for them, bank $40 - $90. That's just for one writer. This is in addition to the money that I'll earn from the work that I'll personally do.

I also want to open an article writing gig here in BHW. Obviously, that requires money.

That's just the tip of the iceberg. I want to set up a full-blown company with an in-house team of writers, SEOs, SMMs, etc. Obviously, I need the money to buy equipment, SEO tools and for overhead. I also live in a city where competition when it comes to SEO and web design is almost zero. I want to take advantage of that by doing a massive information drive to attract clients. I need to buy at least 2 laptops for the office and pay for the salaries while waiting for the clients to come in.

I want to strike while the iron is hot. Yes, while people are scrambling to recover from Panda. I know that a lot of people are looking for content. I already have a lot of my past clients asking me to write articles for them.

I need one or two people who are willing to invest $500. Here's the payment scheme:

$100 after 30 days (I don't expect a lot of returns on the first month)
    $250 after 60 days
    $250 after 90 days
    $100 after 120 days

    Total = $700

I hope that I've already garnered the trust of the community. I'm open to proving that I'm trustworthy provided that you're not going to ask something out of this world. If you're from the Philippines, I'm willing to meet up and sign a simple contract.

PM me with your Skype ID if you're interested. Let's make some money.

As you have mentioned for 8 hours a day you would pay your writer 10$.. I highly doubt you can get the writer or VA at that cost..

I hope you get at that rate and get some success. ATB

That will be above Php 420 a day which is already above the minimum wage in our city. I'm planning on hiring fresh graduates. Here in our city, they can only get something higher if they work in one of two call centers here.

But yeah, if no one bites, I'd have to bump it up a little. But that's the whole idea. Thanks for the feedback.

Any other feedback? Any reason why no one else is biting? I did get a PM from a fellow Filipino but as mentioned, I'm looking for 1 or 2 investors.

If you can only invest something lower, let me know and we'll work something out.

I don't understand why this stuff is called JV all the time.

    It's not JV, it's a loan.

Could be. On the other hand, it can also be a JV.

I provide the legwork. Investor provides the money. Without the joint venture, nothing happens. We venture into an opportunity and without one of us, it wouldn't happen.

Just like in conventional business. You get partners who do the legwork and you get the partners who provide the money.

But yeah, loan works as well.

I might give you the full amount BUT I want equity in the businses.. I have been looking to set up a company like this for a long time but I live in europe and have not had the time to travel to Asia. I will also sell competence where I live to my clients.

Hit me up with your skype, I am looking to do legitimate deals and you can check my posts, I am involved in some of the JV:s here already with my money invested.
