I just developed my own porn video website with full video views. At the moment i have 100videos on my website. I am going to be daily adding more videos until it becomes a porn haven where full clip can be viewed. I want to work with on a few number of people on this idea of mine.

All that I require from intending people is
- A banner you designed. Uploaded to your host or wherever.
- The Url to the banner you have made available (the one you uploaded in above)
- The destination Url (the addres visitors will redirected to when this banner is clicked)
- Banner dimension (Width: 550, Height: 200) must be this dimension or else i wont accept it.

My Role
What I will be doing is displaying your banner ads on the video viewing page where while the visitor is watching a specific video, the ads will be displaying for him to see. The Banner Ads will be rotating for them to see various ad options. So in this case you must use an eye catchy image to increase click thru to your Adult Affiliate page or offer.

Once your banner is ready, simply pm me the
- the link to the banner image
- and its destination url as stated above

Condition
The condition for this JV to hold is for intending people to promote the porn site. For this reason, any visitor who comes to the site and decides to view a video will definitely see other resources (your banner ads) which will lead them to your money site (adult sign up pages), which will earn you money upon sign up completion.

Alternatively, I am also inviting heavy investor willing to invest on this by promoting or buy ads from Adult Ad Networks. This will guarantee huge success of this programme and everyone is a winner. On this aspect, if you are capable, send me a pm.

ummmm do you have any traffic going to the site? How much and what sources?

at the moment, i am looking at investing within the ranges of $1000 and above. Traffic isn`t heavy yeat. Its jst in trickles. But if we do heavy campaigns, we will experience huge breakthroug.

I'd recommend driving traffic by advertising through AdBucks. Looks like they handle most of the advertising done in the tube niche. Also, watermarking and uploading videos to your competitor's sites is always good, and if you have the right tagline you'll see plenty of traffic. Maybe even a full-frame interstitial ad that interrupts the video right before the money shot.

What makes your site different from other, bigger tube sites with a wider selection? In this niche, you have to have some kind of gimmick that will draw users to your site; take VidEarn, for instance. They get you to watch the videos (and upload your own content) by offering you cash. Since you already have the content, it's likely that you take an interest in the adult video niche, so you're naturally drawn to check out the competition, so to speak. Bigger ones like RedTube simply get traffic by being a big brand name. They promoted the shit out of themselves and now they're a household name. But to get a leg up on the big dogs that already run the yard, you have to not only beat them at their own game (promotion) but also offer users a reason to make the switch.

Something I've thought about in the past is a "Porndora" of sorts (Google turns up an abandoned attempt with that exact name, might consider buying the domain from them). Something that only suggests content you're already interested in. Yeah you can do searches and category browsing on the big boys' sites, but nothing deep and the search is just description-based string comparison. Implement a reward system for user tagging, and maybe some kind of LSI to bring them new stuff (along with a skip feature like pandora has) and you're in business.

Bottom line, you have to have something your competitors don't.
