[JV] PHP or Ruby/ROR programmer

Looking for a dev to build a web app based on PHP or Ruby or any rapid development framework. The app will be relatively simple but it will integrated a lot of 3rd party websites (easy to do, but we gotta add them one by one). So not a lot of complicated functionality but lots of stuff to integrate.
The app will need constant maintenance and updating.
We'll do the marketing, sales, client support - you just handle the programming (initial dev, updates and maintenance).
