[JV] Our profitable Dropshipping store with traffic + Your formality

We have a profitable Dropshipping store which has traffic from organic, social & paid ads.
Website has been running for almost 2 years and have been doing daily sales.

Reasons for a joint venture:
Our hosting provider requested us to take the website offline due a DMCA report against the website. They weren't able to provide us any further details or documents or proof. In this case it could be a competitor but this is only a side project of us. We are based in Europe and we will not continue this like the old way. Therefore we are looking for someone not based in Europe, USA, CA, NZ or AUS etc.

What we will do:

- All operational things;
- Keep on sending traffic which generates orders each day;
- Monitor & optimize paid ads;
- We process the orders and do all customer support;

What you need to do:

- All formalities (Hosting, Paypal & Stripe) will be under your company name

What you will get:
Share percentage of monthly revenue which is negotiable.
