JV - need partners who can get facebook credit or willing to invest

I'm getting almost double ROI on facebook and i'm hoping to expand more than what I can afford . Looking for partners who can either get facebook verified advertising accounts or who are willing to invest to make good $ . I'm promoting dating offers , paying 30+ cents per click EPC about 65-75 cents .
