I'd like to create an image board site but don't have anyone with the necessary coding skills to create a website where the speed is on par with the competition. I have a network of websites garnering 200k+ uniques daily and subreddits with 500k+ subscribers / 1.5M+ uniques/month. Please let me know your qualifications and what websites you have worked on in the past, I'll be picking someone with the best game plan to go about tackling the database for the website. The site will have 5 million+ images/videos/gifs so they'll need to implement a proper way to query the results to not slow down the website.
