Can you scrape 100k instagram names?
How much would be the maximum amount you can scrape
 
If they are on tinder you should be able to monetize with dating offers. You can try dating smartlink if you don't know what to promote or set up a tracker - bemob offers free plan to start, and test several offers from different networks.

Yes, I can. At this moment I have ~70k fresh ones. Maximum amount is hundreds of thousands or millions. Every month there's hundreds of thousands of new users.

I have like 4 million snapchat usernames scraped from dating apps, and they're pretty much useless. Anyone with a proper bot to do the job isn't gonna share it. Good luck.
