Hi there!
I am a looking for a partner to start a website together. I've some experience in building websites, and SEO .. etc. I also got some success and some failure. However, I need to work with someone who is a professional and knows what he's doing instead of wasting more time trying to build websites that generates enough income to live a financially stable life.
My role in the website will to provide the high quality content needed according the my partner needs. I will also pay for the host and the domain.
My partner role will be to do the keyword research, technical SEO part and to manage the website generally according to his own experience.
Why is it a good deal for you?
Because once you've done the required keyword research, Technical SEO, Your SEO plan (Which is according to my knowledge is done in the first month) and monetization (when the website gets enough traffic) ..etc, You will sit and watch me do most of the work which is creating content for months.
Note: I don't mine doing most of the work. I am providing my effort motivation, you're providing your knowledge and experience.
Why is if a good deal for me?
Because working with a professional like you, increase my chances in succeeding, instead of wasting time and effort and not getting the required results.
The profit split is 50/50
