[JV] Looking for a Designer/Scripter/Coder for Web Startup Project

I have an idea about a social media startup, very basic, that I want to get the ball rolling in the near future. I am hoping to find someone who can design and code the whole thing. I will handle most of the finances and marketing. Monetizing it will be the tricky part, but if it catches on we will find a way to cash in. I want this mainly to be a fun side project for the both of us before we look into ways of making money from it.

I would prefer someone from Southern California, specifically from Los Angeles, so we could meet in person. An NDA will need to be signed (I have one on hand thanks to a friend of mine who is an attorney).

The basics of it are:
- An anonymous post
- Vote up or down, higher gets on frontpage
- Comments (either through Facebook or anonymous as well)

The specifics, niche, etc. will be explained once the NDA has been signed.
