[JV] Increase the Revenue of Your Database of Email Contacts

I have over 16 years experience monetizing data and seeking partners that are looking to produce more revenue from their database of email contacts.

Data should be US, targeted / opt-in that you developed. So that the highest possible EPCs can potentially be generated.

I have billions of 3rd party records in-house and access to much more, so please do not waste my time with such data. I am only interested in monetizing 1st party opt-in data that I don't have access to.
