[JV] Have a few ideas - huge money expected... read on: programmers wanted!

So back in the day I made some bux (some ) with facebook and now I have a few ideas for making the same again. However things changed a little but I am ready, I am following trends on facebook and I more or less know how to do it.

So what I am looking after is a JV with someone who has some nice tools, by this I dont mean FFAP or any other tools accesible to wider public (same goes to apps who are all over the internet). Anyhow I am open to suggestion because I will for sure need starting traffic (5k-10k people US) could be from fanpages, accounts, etc.
If you have an app or a way for app (any kind of viral app) to stay on for some time I am sure we can make huge moneys ($100k+)...

I am also willing to hire a programmer with facebook experience who is fast and can implement most of the ideas, and ofc. I am paying good!

you too. hit me up on skype, maybe all of us can get together. i have another guy that would be highly interested, we have something put together already that has the potential to go completely viral, but we have yet to come across something like an app or page . so maybe we can all just build it and see where it goes.

I know i don't have a high post count and i don't have much REP here but i have some awesome FB tools i think you would be interested in and i am the author of them 100% and they have never been released.
-I can harvest Email addresses,ID's,Names
-Create accounts,Manage accounts,Get stats
-Its 100% automated and definitely expandable.
(My programming language of choice is vb6 but i know alot of languages)
