I'm representing the most successful loan modification company in the country and have talked the CEO into possibly exclusively developing an affiliate program for them. So far I have talked them into $200 per successful loan mod per affiliate signed up. There will be an estimated 2 million more foreclosures next year and 80% of these people want to keep their house. The company has a 95% success rate and the affiliates I would be attracting would consist mostly of starving real estate professionals which are everywhere. Anyone can do it though. All they are doing are getting a prospect to fill out a questionaire and submitting it back to the company for pre approval. My problem is that I have only been in IM for about 6 months and am still learning so I don't have much for lists or other ways of attracting affiliates rapidly. The CEO wants to talk to me ASAP about this if I can find someone solid enough that I can trust to do this with. The kicker is that these guys are not very savvy with IM and so the first to come along that sounds halfway savvy will get the exculive right to running their affiliate program. Right now they are processing 500 loans per month but want to get to the 5000 per month mark. This will also lead directly into another real estate related affiliate program that we could cross promote with this one as well. I figure conservitively that it is very possible to get 2000 affiliates signed up with 1% successful loan mods per monthx$200= $40,000. 20k a piece residual. This would just be the beginning as I have already discussed other ideas they are interested in as well. I could write a short e-book that affilates could read to train them and sell that for $9.95 or something to go along with it. This stuff is super easy guys, I just have to find away to mass promote it fast. We could also sell leads to the affilates as well. The going rate is $40 per lead. If we cherry pick the deals and submit our own questionaires and a loan mod is successfully processed we can also make $1000-$2000+ per file! If interested please reply to this post and what you could bring to the table experience wise. The main reason I am seeking out an experienced partner on this is because I just had to go back to a corporate job and don't have as much time to work on IM as I used to.
