I have been actively trading stocks for more than five years. I have worked through many different methods that were both good and bad. I have been able to adjust my trading strategies to generate fairly stable gains month after month. In just the past four months my trading portfolio went from $1,500 to more than $3,200!

    PROGRAM SUMMARY

    • Trading Method/System: What I Have Found Works For Me
    • Portfolio: Random Stocks On The Nasdaq, NYSE and AMEX
    • Entry Strategy: Primary Indicators / Volume / Momentum
    • Exit Strategy: Stop Loss / Profit Taking
    • Trade Length: Primarily Short Term Trades (5 Minutes To 1 Hour Per Trade)
    • Money Management: Up to 20% Risk Per Trade
    • Minimum Deposit Amount: $250.00
    • Maximum Account Amount: Unlimited

    JV OFFER

Depending on how much you deposit, you will earn a percentage from each trade. This is why this is a JV offer.

    The breakdown is as follows:

Deposit $250.00 | Receive 25% From Each Profitable Trade
Deposit $500.00 | Receive 30% From Each Profitable Trade
Deposit $750.00 | Receive 35% From Each Profitable Trade
Deposit $1000.00 | Receive 40% From Each Profitable Trade
Deposit $1500.00 | Receive 45% From Each Profitable Trade
Deposit $2500.00+ | Receive 50% From Each Profitable Trade

So, if you deposited $1000 this would be how your ?share of the profit? would be calculated.
If the total pool of money deposit is $25,000.00 you would have a 4% total stake in the pool.
If we placed a trade and came out with a $200 dollar profit this is what you would see in profit for your account.

    Profit Formula:
Total Trade Profit * (Total Share Stake * Deposit Percentage)

So, for a trade netting $200 in total profit for the pool, you would make $2.80.

We intend to trade 5 or more times a day so that $2.80 could possibly become $280 after just one month of trading (effectively doubling your position in 4 months).
Now, that could be higher if you deposited even more money into the trade pool. A person that deposited $5000 could possibly have made $2000 for the month (for doing nothing other than pooling their money).

    ALRIGHT!

So, if you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I understand that I am a ?newbie? to the BHW; however, I should not be regarded as a newbie to stock trading. I will only accept up to $25,000 in pooled funds. After that this JV will be halted until further notice.

We would sign a contract that stated how much you were putting into the pooled fund. The pooled money would be placed in my personal account, but the account would be emptied before any trading of the pooled money occurred.

You might want to look into the rules regarding Day Trading if you are only planning to accept 25k.

And I am a bit confused at your trading history, you have been trading for 5 years yet your total portfolio is at 3.2k or did you start all over again recently.

I most likely not going to give you any money for this as I do my own trading, with much high returns, but you really need to look into the laws and regulations surrounding this JV because if you aren't careful and things go south, you could have jail time in your future.

    Josh,

Thank you for your insight. I am aware of the $25K rule regarding day trading. I have been doing this for many years. What I did was empty out my account and start with a small amount to see if I could duplicate my success with a much lower total. As you know, trading a lower total takes much more diligence than a larger total where you do not have to chase the higher percentage gains. Additionally, I was giving an number for easier math when I stated only 200 in profit after a trade. I like to look for 5% to 10% returns for each trade that I make.

Also, thank you for the advice regarding the laws and regulations. I believe that this would be a "private" investment group (and since I am the only one making the trading decisions it would be left out of the normal filings). As for the jail time, that would only be if I misrepresented myself or took the money and ran. I do not intend to run anywhere. I try to manage the risk of anyone as well as myself, if they lose money, I lose reputation and I would prefer not to do that. Again, thank you for your post.

No sir, that is not what I do. I have tested this method out over five years. I have continually tweaked my trading system to best reflect constant growth. I am now able, with a much smaller amount, to produce doubles in roughly four months.

Again not entirely true. You are investing people's money, it doesn't matter if it is a private investment group or not. Because of this you must be certified.

    Wrong.

Do you think we are that stupid, really?

We pay you money, and on every profitable trade we only get 25% of the profit? Wow, how ridiculous. You DO NOT deserve 75% of our profits on every winning trade.

You're playing with our money. You have no risk if the trade LOSES, we have ALL of the risk. Yet if it wins, you think you're going to pocket 75%? Mate, you are nothing short of crazy.

I can understand wanting more capital to make more money. So I can see how this JV, potentially, has merit. But at 25% profit per trade when we are taking all of the risk, and it's our money, then that is just a joke.

EDIT: My bad. I jumped the gun too quick. 25% is based on the $250.00 deposit. I see as it goes higher, the share goes to something more reasonable like 50%. I take back what I said, as for the most part, we get more than 25%.

That being said, in my opinion (which isn't relevant, but stating it in case others agree) it should start off at around 50% even at the minimum, as taking 50% commission while taking NO risk is still a very high ratio. Anything higher than minimum investment should attract more than 50%.

As a note, a longer standing member has offered a similar JV recently, and with him you were able to go up to around 80 or 90%. Just saying. Good luck.
