Im looking for someone who has unwanted/unused/dormant/unprofitable accounts at major cpa networks with EMAIL submits, and would like to do a joint venture.
I take 75% and you take 25 % of the benefits, doing nothing.

are your traffic whitehat or blackhat or what? we assume 100% of the risks for 25% of the profits. If he uses fraudulent traffic and it costs the networks money, it can land you in court getting your ass sued to hell.
