justhost suspend my account, did i get refund?

    i think i use one of plugin here, and i dont wanna blame the plugin.

    Please lemme know, did JH refund my money back? i just pay it 2 weeks ago for 6 months, and 6 months in beginning.

    Why not email them pretending surprised about it? Actually, you don't have to pretend, you do seem surprised.

    Oh okay, keep talking to them, but unfortunately just sounds like they're trying to sell you a package (which might mean you lost your money?).
    Everything is case by case anyway, so good luck.

    It says right in your email from just host

    "Sorry for any inconvenience, and we hope you understand our decision. Once you have made the switch to dedicated, feel free to contact us at billing@justhost.com for a refund of your current JustHost account."

    You'll get your refund.

    @sani, my friend also tell same like u, promo. I still emailed him, but after 1 hour did not response, i'll be wait tomorrow.

    @theleadsource, mean refund after go dedicated, right?

    @blackhataffiliate, deep link engine, i think i'am too greedy for it. Imagine how i run 1 autoblog with 28 post hourly and i set 10 trackback for 1 post thats mean server work 280 ping post in 1 hour, enough said -_-

    It does look conditional but I would not think that to be the case. Just shoot them the email thanking them for directing you to the dedicated guy and ask for your refund.

    I do not know justhost policies but I am sure that you will get it.

    By the way, how much money are you talking about anyway?

    it's clearly an upsell tactic.

    You probably encroached your resource usage and then they're trying to upsell you to their commisioned dedicated host. You'll only get the refund if you upgrade to a dedicated server through their affiliate - if you upgrade to another host I bet they won't give you a refund.

    Lots of hosts operate this way..the free hosts try to upsell to their shared hosting plans, who will then try to upsell you to the parent company that deals in dedicated servers. It's like a pyramid of upsells.

    You are not forced to get a dedicated server..
    That is just a sales pitch , you are entitled to a refund
    no matter if you get dedicated server or not...period.

    @theleadsource, semi-annually (6 months ago) for just $41.x, and Feb 20 for 6 towards $41.x also. i don't care he suspend my account if they refund me, i just need my database for next hosting.

    a few minutes ago i try googling "Justhost Refund", and i got positive comment, but i need online clue in bhw.

    i have 2 hours to download my dbase :(

    I ran into the same thing with JH, I asked for my site to go back live and they put me on a load server and was suspended again then they sent me a prorated refund!

    BTY JH Sucks!

    Wow, it's like they started off with taking your site hostage to try and get more money then, when you didn't want to give it, decided to screw you even more. It's sad that that happened to you gloom :(.
