If you are a client, you should contact them and see what is going on.
From their FAQ:
Once you become our client, you will enjoy live support via Skype/Telegram (email is also an option, though we prefer chatting)".
I'm not their client but it sucks they don't have at least an official Twitter profile for things like this, updates, maintenance, unless they sent some email with an update.
