I would like to reach out to those affected previously by JAP

If you have any information on them :

    - Region located
    - Phone number
    ___
    - Screenshots of how they scammed you

Please do share it here or pm me privately.
Not sure if it's worth spending the money, but i'm looking into getting a lawyer to further assist me with the list of issues i've been dealing with.. as i've wasted over 5 digits worth on the panel. Please do advice me if this is the right path to take, because it's been a push and pull for me with them for the whole 2019, really lost as well.

    Thank you in advance.

SMm panels go against the T&C of companies.
Won't you get into trouble as well?

Can you please specify what happened? It would help others. I've never really had issues with them besides delayed services, which is common amongst SMM panels.

    Ah, that make sense.
But it depends on which region this person / company is at? Or does it not?

You might be a higher tier vip customer that have spent a certain amount with them, so the treatment you receive might be better. ( I might be wrong )

I have faced couple of issues where followers are not delivered and refunds are not processed despite the status being changed to canceled.
The support staff only replies the same thing " but it is canceled, it will never be wrong. "
So, with this response.. i've requested for a detailed log to show the (deduction of money) followed by (account balance) - you know like how the bank statements work?
    But this request was ignored.

Experimented with a few other big orders for, web traffic , youtube subs , spotify plays and even tiktok followers
Some of the status get canceled with a "Partial" status.. but nothing was sent.. and only half of whatever that is was refunded. [ That's the sad part man, i feel so cheated ]

Skype support replies once or twice a week. Short replies, not helpful at times.

In my opinion, the automated services that we are using.. are constantly deducting money, so it's hard to track any refunds without a detailed log to justify.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but isn't this considered a Scam?
Is there an international cyber organisation that deals with such issues?

Once again, I thank you all for replying me. I am really sure there are others affected as well over the past few years.

Still, it's also my fault for using these SMM Panels that are already known to be unethical without proper customer services in the first place.

This is going to lead nowhere.

Honest advice forget about Re-selling SMM Panel services and consider it a loss. It was a tough business to begin with. These companies are probably not in your country and will be extremely hard to come with a valid case, then let alone defend your self from their lawyers and being counter sued.

Unless you see a clear million dollars at the end of the settlement, and have the money to throw away, never get into a corporate lawsuit. You really have no idea in whats involved.

This is what happens when you resell 0.5$ followers for 6$ per 1k :) Enjoy. May not be your case, but it is the case of 80% similar threads like this one on any of the panels. I don't know when will you people understand that they resell the same fucking shit in most cases just with different names and prices.

I wouldn't put much effort into this. It's a shady business and industry. At the level they're operating, I'm sure they already hide behind many shell companies, and/or know they're in a country where they don't have to worry about any legal repercussions. You'll probably spend too much money just tracking them down, on top of lawyer fees to hopefully get a win. And let's say you win. What's stopping them from shutting down and moving their money around legally (or illegally) so you don't get a dime?

Your time, effort, and money is best spent elsewhere imo.

I'm not trolling what they doing is a serious crime punishable by law. I don't care what they are selling they cannot scam you for falsely advertised services you forum people better wake up and do your homework. I've seen many companies get snatched from the FBI for securities fraud. It's really not a game. You can say I'm trolling but I know my stuff.

There is an argument to be had that liability of T&C's falls on the users not the developers (unless the developers are using the social media's api). Though I am sure social media giants try to scare every developer off the market.

I'm really sorry but do you even know what Securities fraud means?

In case you don't know it

Security Fraud crimes are financial type crimes related to stock manipulation, inside trading and are investigated by SEC and then FBI

So please stop with that security nonsense

    Good day

I believe I read breaking website T&C isn't against the law, but I'm not 100% on this. It still won't stop giants from sending C&Ds that'll make devs/users shit their pants. Instagress got forced to shut down and they were pulling in 1 mil/month. New York actually made selling fake likes/followers illegal and some large SMM service got fined 1 mil about a year ago.

Do you mean illegal as in only instagram? If instagress made such money, I think SMM business is super cool.
