I just tried to post and it came up my IP address had been banned. So then i sent a message to BHW to ask why i was banned as i dont spam, i dont abuse people and i do write in English.
I tried again to post and this time everything was OK.
What's going on is this normal procedure on BHW?

If you have a dynamic IP, maybe it was on some blocklists...

Restart your router and see if your IP changes, if it does then your IP is dynamic.

Thanks for that, it would appear my outgoing Ip does not match my incoming IP, why is that?

It happens to me all the time when I use my cellular network's internet (almost like a phone tether). It has a mobile IP and always changes, so perhaps your IP changed to an IP address that was previously banned. If that's the case, just restart your router and it'll give a new IP.
