As the title said I just swapped hosts for my site and one moment it goes to original and the next I'm on the new one. Goes back and forth is this normal?

Have you changed the nameservers to he new ones properly? Check if you have left any old name severs back there...

Btw this is normal pls wait for 24-48 hrs for complete dns propagation.

And every time you check your site, don't forget to delete ur cache and cookies, may be run ccleaner. Goto cmd ipconfig/flushdns...

This is all you can do. Your ISP also needs to flush their dns from their end. So just wait for a day or 2.

If you have access to DNS functions at the old host, just point the appropiate records to the new one, that way you won't lose email, plus everyone will see your (new) site at the new host.

Yes its normal. It may take up to 72 hours to stop... Happens to me all the time when switching them. I can have the new site up and live, working on it, then hit reload and be the old site... Really bad with NameCheap and Hostgator for some reason for me atleast..
