Hello all, yes you.

I'm here to share some of my thoughts for you.

- Facebook sucks. Chit chat can destroy the opportunity of improving your life. Most people waste HOURS more than 40+ a week on Social Media, I don't care what others do but still have some "friends" that I like to talk with so maybe I spend 25 minutes a week during the weekends. GET RID OF SOCIAL $h1t. Stop reading feeds, news, memes, jokes, cat videos, pink press... does not help your brain to grow.

- Wake up time matters. Hoestly, I am in the process of waking up at 4:30 A.M. everyday and going to bed at 10:00 P.M. I get some motivation of my 2 clients which both are business owners 55+ age, they start working as soon they get up from bed and sometimes earlier. Eventhough they have houses for rent, investment in stocks (yes I have seen one of my client watching those NASDAQ things on TV), products for sell and more profitable activities, they are still working hard because they really like to do so. Don't be lazy, save money and work you butt off for something you love to do everyday.

- Money can't buy happiness. But it helps you buy therapy sessions to say why you are not happy (I heard that on GTA V). Do what you love, money allows you to do that. Never work for money, work in order to achieve your success. Big bucks allows you to run a Nascar race, a singer, a famous actor, a professional soccer player but you MUST work everyday to become something you want to do.

- Dress for success. I'm working on this one too. I have no sense of fashion, I would go naked all day but there's some laws to obey. Invest in your self, go for reputable brands that almost anyone can use: Calvin Klein, H&M, Men Warehouse, Armani Exchange, etc.. (Outlet of course hehe). Please do not buy from American Eagle, Hollister, Hottopic.. Go to the mall so you can feel and try every piece of clothes. Even if you think you are ugly, it boost your ego and self-esteem.

Thank you!

There are some good tips. Thanks for sharing.
But try to get +7hrs sleep :D if you can

Those are all good points. I love getting up at 5:30 and going for a run. Back in for some breakfast and start working. By lunch time i have more done than most people get done in a day. The dressing for success in hugely underrated. Your entire mindset changes when ever you do this. And of course facebook is a huge time waster. I used to do it myself. I now find myself never on it, and guess what, i dont feel im missing anything, because really its nothing more than cat memes and useless videos, that im sure some prick will jam a phone in my face at some point and show me.

I agree with you facebook is waste of time and brain drain I only use facebook to get my content indexed into google quicker.I will never share my personal info or my identity on facebook.

Don't watch the news. Switch it off, don't read the stories, and don't engage in the tribalism.

After a couple of months unplugged from that matrix, you start to see life in a better way.

If you don't like social networks that does not make them bad. If someone is happy reading the feeds, read the jokes, chatting with friend and all the rest shit why stop doing it?

There is no purpose in life, its all about you being happy and what you decide is important to you. If makes you happy doing what you do, you are in the right track but remember not everyone has the same interest and life goals as you.

Also I can't buy suits from the rack lol. I can fit in those because of my physic I have a few custom made suits.

He was just giving tips, they weren't meant as universal philosophies. I for one didn't agree with the clothes bit. They were for us to take on board and consider if trying them out might incorporate well and improve our day.

Money can buy happiness, Bought 1 kg happiness last night.

Yes. Time ago someone said to me "Why you don't watch the news? You'll never have something to talk about..." I spend most of my time working for myself, being better in every way possible...

Right now my goal is:

STOP using Facebook without deleting my account, I confess sometimes I spend time watching hot girls or spying what others are doing, most of them are in the same place of life while I'm higher than myself. I'm not trying to compete to anyone, beat yourself everyday your worst enemy.

If you like Facebook then use it, I don't care what others do I just can't tolerate those who say "I'm fat" "I'm poor" "I have no real friends" and they spend most of their time on Facebook.

Stop distractions, useless activities from your life, focus on your life, make it simple. This is my day for today:

- Play Dance Dance Revolution for 45 minutes (Arcade)
- Shave
- Drink at least 4 bottles of water (500ml)
- Go to the ATM and deposit $15,000 (just kidding, only $30 hehe)
- Sign up for 21habit.com and commit to wake up at 5:00 Everyday. Pay $21 dollars. Check in every morning.
- Write a plan for my IM project
- Send SMS to one of my clients for future work

Live by thinking about your life, not just because you are breathing

I completely agree with the time you wake up matters point.

I get up at about 8:45am-9:30am and my time spent is much more productive and I also feel refreshed and energized.
