Thanks BHW, I am launching my first 8 micro niche sites today. The first one I had I bought here and is already ranking #25 from content alone. The other 7 sites I stole from a micro niche network I scouted out. I handpicked them from a list of 100 potential EMD available. I am hoping they will provide some easy wins and nice results. However, my content is stolen from this other guy and poorly spun with some mild hand editing. That is the only weakness in this plan. I have tried to compensate by adding youtube videos and many legit images through Zemanta.

Except for keyword research I did this entire process today and it took maybe 6 hours of intense clicking. I did have to figure out my process and some new software like WP manage which I use to clone blogs and manage posts.

    My process:

    1. Scout enemy micro niche networks. Scrape the URL list

    2. See which ones have EMD available. Filter the kewords thorugh adwords and do the competition check. Also just check to see if the enemy micro nicher is ranking highly. If he is doing well then you are likely going to do well with a similar linking profile.

    3. Buy domains and install wordpress over fantastico and install the WP manage plugin.

    4. Install the blog into WP Manage and clone my setup to it.

    5. Plugins of choice:

    MySearchTermsPresenter (MySTP)
Collect and present search terms that user have used to find your blog posts.

    SEO Ultimate
This all-in-one SEO plugin gives you control over title tags, noindex/nofollow, meta tags, rich snippets, slugs, canonical tags, autolinks, 404 errors, rich snippets, and more.

    Simple Google Sitemap XML
Generates a valid Google XML sitemap with a very simple admin interface

    Super Simple Google Analytics
Bare bones option for people looking to simply insert the basic Google Analytics tracking code into the head section of every page without fuss.

    WP Complete Backup
WP Backup Complete is a complete backup solution for WordPress. The plugin offers the ability to backup the database as well as make a complete file system backup.

    WP Google Fonts
The Wordpress Google Fonts Plugin makes it even easier to add and customize Google fonts on your site through Wordpress.

    WP Policies
Creates preset policy pages on your blog. Configure Options Here.

    WPtouch
A plugin which formats your site with a mobile theme for visitors on Apple iPhone / iPod touch, Google Android, Blackberry Storm and Torch, Palm Pre and other touch-based smart phones.

    Yet Another Related Posts Plugin
Returns a list of related entries based on a unique algorithm for display on your blog and RSS feeds. A templating feature allows customization of the display.

    6. Right now I am using 100k blueprint theme. I need more CTR themes so I am looking around. If you have any please hook it up.

    7. Spin the content and post it using Article rewrite assistant. I could also use advice on a better spinner (free or bootleg plz?)/

    8. Activate all the tracking and tweak the plugins.

I havent started linking yet so that will come. Any feedback? Suggestions?

I am hoping the mobile website plugin will boost my SEO potential now that Google is showing different results to mobile devices vs desktop computers. Also I like using Google fonts to add a nice visual touch to the site and make it look a little bit more unique.

What is everyones thoughts on Zemanta?

Anyways I am super excited and I want to get back to work and start launching more. I think I going to spend a little more time improving the quality of the content first though.

Thanks again BHW for making this all possible. You guys are the best. *Respect*

    Ahhhhhhh
Its always so nice to see a newbie posting about how they have taken actions instead of making "Halp! Tell me how to make monies!" threads
Way to go OP! You keep up the hard work and success will follow!

Update. I practically rewrote most of the articles that I originally spun. At least they make 100% sense and have correct grammar. I also threw in my own interpretation of the content in many places. The reason being is that if I intend to monetize with adsense it needs to be legit stuff.

I just checked and many of my sites are indexed already. Just the homepages. Once again BHW comes through. I used a scrapebox list provided in the download forum for the Rapid Indexer module. I ran it overnight and a few hours after I woke up the sites were getting indexed.

I have google analytics an all of them but one, I need to tag it up. I am contemplating google webmaster tools. But it seems like too much of a time waste since I am doing this all by hand.

Total cost of this project so far is around 10 bucks for host gator hosting and 67 dollars for domains and free priv reg. So around $77 so far. This should inspire all noobs to at least try out MNS and see how it goes. I have some tools yes but most of them I have gotten for free and most of the techniques I have learned at BHW. There is no reason you cant do the same and if you can muster up 77$ dollars to invest in your future then you are in bigger trouble than BHW can help with.

One of the best things people need to remember, is that even 2-3 clicks per month should give you a profit in the long run. After you work on them for 2-3 months, you should be able to sit on them for life for automated income. Nothing to make you rich off of 8 domains, but once those are profiting without any further work, you move on to the next. :)

Yup, its actually really addicting once they were all done and setup. I wanted to grow the number to 50 or at least 100 ASAP. Right now its like I don't even want to focus too much on worry about how much their making just crank out as many sites as I can right now.

Just remember, it's quality not quantity (; don't force your self to create too many sites that you'll lose control over, good practice would be to set up 10 first, or 8 as you are, set a milestone or benchmark of what you want to earn and start working on 10 more whilst constantly collecting backlinks for the previous ones maybe once or twice a week and adding new content and focusing harder on your next 10 etc.

As long as you stay focused, you'll kill it, the number one thing is to keep the momentum going.

    Good luck man!

It isn't necessarily quality over quantity when it comes to running websites, especially microniche sites. The whole point of doing good keyword research is that by doing very quick and sloppy blackhat seo, you should be able to secure a solid ranking that will keep you ranked highly permanently.

A decent microniche site shouldn't need any work beyond a couple days, then it just needs to age naturally and as long as it contains relevant information and half decent on-page seo, it will make the owner a profit. There shouldn't need to be much content added, because they are small sites. 4-5 posts/pages should be enough, and you can throw them all up in 1 day.

Blackhat backlinking is easy to do in bulk for sites all at the same time, you just fire up a nice tool and backlinks every site in 1 go. I personally would go with the quantity approach when it comes to microniche sites. As long as you can stay half organized, then quality shouldn't matter.

Quick and dirty, and move on to the next. Don't fuss for weeks over something that makes you $10 per month at most. Google will naturally hook you up if you put the right content on there.

Nice work! I've never heard of Zemanta before but it looks interesting. Might help with the writer's block problem, if you write your own content. I just prefer to pay other people to do it for me and let that be their problem instead. :p

Also, good call on ManageWP. For multi-site management it's amazing.

Yeah, you're right, especially if you build on the quality keywords and the posts that you've done together with the blackhat SEO that you've done has been done right.

I've come to realise though that if you even go back to your microniche sites even once a month (I do 2-3 times a month) that you'll gain more authority on an already aged site. Not too bad if you ask me instead of building another microniche that needs to reach age. However, wouldn't work with all microniches (For those that have nothing to be built on further)

Not saying that I wouldn't build more microniches, but going back to them and adding a bit more spices never hurt if you have the time :)

In saying that, there's barely any microniche sites that you need to go back to, however some of the ones I've chosen can always be built on and I do see some nice progress. Not for everyone though.

    So here is another update.

keyword 1: #23 - From content alone - I bought this one BHW for $35
keyword 2: #89 - Not even 48 hours old wooohoo!!
    keyword 3: indexed 2 pages
    keyword 4: indexed 1 page
    keyword 5: indexed 1 page
    keyword 6: indexed 1 page
    keyword 7: not indexed
    keyword 8: not indexed

So KW1 is a few weeks old at this point

KW2 is fresh and already in the top #100. I gave this guy a few scrape box blasts yesterday before any of the others the results have paid off.

Tweeted this homepage link to get indexed. Worked like a charm

Used scrapebox indexer for keywowrd 4-6. I didnt have time for 7 or 8.

kilauea999, Zemanta is a pretty sweet little tool for bloggers. I can make a boring text post come to life with images and related links. The real bonus of Zemanta is that if you publish your article using its tools it will suggest your content to other bloggers as a backlink! This will help your site build natural organic links!

    Hi,

Once I found a foot print for the micro niche sites I used scrapebox to gather a list.

Not much has changed since last update. I blasted pretty much each site with a scrape box or two. Will follow up with more diversity.

I had the NHSEO trial and loved it. I will buy it as soon as I can..

So its time for an update. Good news everyone most of my sites are killing it now! I even have one ranking on the first page #10 for the target keyword. I still dont have adsense up on them. I am going to activate that soon but I wanted to avoid any initial panda penalties.

keyword 1: #108 - dropped like 75 positions, no backlinking yet
    keyword 2: #18 -
    keyword 3: #24
    keyword 4: #58
    keyword 5: #22
    keyword 6: #9 - and #10 for a secondary term
keyword 7: none - no baclinks yet
keyword 8: none - no backlinks yet

Anyways, things are going well. I only blasted then with a high pr scrapebox so far. Will do more linking soon hopefully.

I recently put adsense on some of my sites and it did not negatively affect ranking at all. In fact one or 2 sites moved up a peg or 2 the day after I added it.

Still not generating any clicks yet but that is likely due to my ad layout, most of it is on the side, I have been a bit hesitant to put stuff on top due to the new adsense update.

I did however just buy 2 microniche sites from BHW and after letting them stew for a few days I am going to start backlinking them this week. I am running traffic travis as we speak to see if and where they rank at the moment.

Good job ext3cy! Just keep pushing it. It's good to focus on the site and ranking before focusing on money. To easily to get discouraged when only looking at the money. If you have quality keywords and you can rank them, the money will always follow. When I launch a new microniche site, I always set a goal of $3.34 per day per site. That means that site is bringing in at least $100 which is the minimum payout for Google Adsense in any given month. I started with that on my first site YEARS ago and have always stuck to it. You hit that on your 8 sites and you'll almost be making $10k a year. Amazing out a few dollars a day per site can stack up! Good luck.

Thank you very much for your input guys. It sounds like I really should put my adsense ads up ASAP since there really is no reason not too. I thought I heard that Google has been checking sites for high # of ads above the fold recently so that's why I hesitated. But since I am monetizing with Adsense it shouldn't matter.

bfellow, I like that idea of aiming for $3.34 a day but I am afraid I might have some winners and some losers out of these 8, at least judging by the progress so far. I know its not that easy to get a site making $4 a day either but that will be new goal for these 8 sites. Its important to have goals.

I just bought pligg submitter so I might test it out on site #7 and #8 to get them started.
