i'm a noob when it comes to cpa. i'm getting a lot better and things were actually looking up. i was finally making money and about to get a decent check........then BAM..... a couple minutes ago i get an email saying my account is suspended for fraud??

i haven't done ANYTHING fraudulent on my account. no blank redirects, no marketing in a way they wouldn't want me too, nothing!

    i just dont get it?

i'm trying to get ahold of my account manager now.

has anyone got suspended that could offer advice on how to get it back and get my money?

i feel sick....all this work for nothing.

Depends on what network and other details. I just get nasty, I've been down this road before with a few companies.

I just told them "Fine, I have all my leads still, and they are good, don't pay me, you just bought yourself some advertising. I'm telling them all that you're the fraud and to please chargeback and avoid you're company in the future"

    I got my money.

I've done this with dating sites, and with cpa. They all banned me, but at least I got paid.

This is a very short watered down version of what I've done to get my money. If you can't be nasty and fight dirty......like some of them do.....then suck it up and move on.

so you go after the company that they deal with?

it does sound fishy though. they only said my account was suspended for fraud and they weren't getting paid on the leads so I won't get paid..........but i promoted many different offers? they are trying to say i defrauded every lead from every company? c'mon

if they don't give me my money i'm going to every single forum that has to do with IM and blasting their name across the internet as a company that does this. only because this money is rightfully mine.....and i didn't do anything to deserve a suspension.

Just tell them you still have all the leads. Tell them what I said to tell them, not the company that pays them, tell them, their the one's sticking you in the ass.

You gotta learn to fight dirty online, it's a dog eat dog world.

A lot of people just lay down, they don't fight, they just don't have it in them, they aren't fighters by nature, they sometimes don't get paid.

As far as threatening you'll blast forums, they won't give a shit, tell them what I said to tell them.

Oh i see what you are saying.

problem is these aren't CC free trial leads. i'm promoting freebies like dating, email and zip submits.

If they aren't going to pay you, then do exactly what jonny41 said; and no.. don't go after the merchant.. Go after the network.. They are the ones who are responsible for cutting your paycheck.. Speak with your affiliate manager and get personal like that only if that's your last resort. First, offer to show them proof in a reasonable, just manner.. But don't lie down.. and don't let them walk on you. You EARNED that money... If you're doing 100% whitehat, then your analytics and conversion tracking tools speak for themselves, ya dig?

Furthermore, they may have done this if you aren't hiding your traffic with something like CPA-Redirector.. It's a very SMART thing to blank your referrer. Even better to FAKE the referrer.. Then that way, those networks can't see your where your traffic comes from (ie: keywords or referrers) You want to hide that information so that they aren't able to replicate your traffic. When they have that, you have given them the gold mine.. They don't need you anymore; but that's little FYI. Stick to Jonny41's advice given in regard to standing your ground; it's perfect

my epc's are completely normal. they don't even have a good excuse to ban me besides the fact that they say they have proof that it's from the same IP's etc etc.

i would do that but the fact is that these are freebie offers not CC rebills

fight till you get your money, tell them something that you contacted your lawyer and he said you have a strong case against them and you are thinking at a lawsuit against them because you earned money white hat and honest, you have all conversations saved and this is your last attempt to reason with them on the matter, just a thought

All the better if they are freebies, tell the network you'll contact all the leads and tell them not to ever upgrade cause the offer is a fraud, so you won't get your money, and the network won't make shit either. It's a bluff, but they don't know that.

You better wise up in this game. If you're that easy to bend over and fuck then you're in the wrong business, no offense, but it's the truth.

I been through a few battles, freebie sign up shit too, but I got paid.

    I have to ask:

Were you instructing users fill out multiple offers? If so, you might not have a leg to stand on.

One of my favorite nasty tricks is to build a page promoting the offer they banned me for as a fraud.

My first contact with them after they tell me I'm getting a good ass fucking is to tell them I still have all the leads, and that I will contact all the leads and tell them to chargeback, or not upgrade if it's a freebie offer.

That one usually works. If it does not work.

I send another mail with a link to the page that says the offer is a fraud. I then tell them I will continue to promote the offer on my own.....as a fraud....so the word will get out. I also tell them sooner or later the word will get back to the merchant, or maybe I'll just play nasty and make sure it get's sent to the merchant.

I've had a few affiliate managers willing to blow me when I pull this big gun out. But I settle for getting paid.

Talk softly and carry a big stick.

Then I'd suggest before getting confrontational that you just ask to see the proof and state your case. You might find that you get more mileage out of approaching the situation like a professional, and you could be back in business without burning any bridges.

I'm not saying that there aren't situations where you have to play dirty to get anything done. I'm just suggesting you exhaust all of your options before taking it to DEFCON 1.

I gotta ask a couple things here:
1 - They claimed the leads came from the same ips? Is that true? If you don't want to answer here fine but if they claim that and YOU know it's true...you're fucked.

2 - More importantly, when you say "i was finally making money and about to get a decent check" ....what are we talking about here? Less than a hundred? Hundreds? Thousands?

I realize that the aff networks are nothing but a bunch of fuckbags but you have to pick your battles. I also understand that one mans chump change is another mans groceries or rent. But you're the one who knows the answer to that.

Yes, always be nice until it's time not to be, these methods are always a last resort.

I completely agree with SPB here. Compose yourself and have some questions ready to ask them when you contact them. I would advise calling them rather than emailing them to show you are serious.

If everything you've told us is true, then you should have no problem explaining your situation with them over the phone. I hope everything you've told us is the truth, otherwise I have no sympathy for you. Learn from your mistake and move on.

Good luck getting your money back. Let us know how it goes.

I dont wanna be rude here but if your account is supsended, it is not for random reason. CPA networks are not stupid. Cant you just blame you?
