The physical fitness niche is an expansive one. To give you an idea of just how big the physical fitness niche is consider this: Over 5 million users searched the big G last month for the keyword 'exercise'. Approximately 1.5 million users searched G for abs. You only have one post on your blog which concentrates on abdominal exercises. Is that going to be your sole focus, or will you be implementing strength training exercises for the entire body? If you are going to pursue physical fitness for revenue, I would highly recommend that you narrow your focus to one particular area of expertise. In addition, beef up your content long before you consider putting adsense or similar on your blog.

I would not concentrate on just 1 blog... you should be forming 1,000's of them.

1000 poor blogs - 500 ok blogs or 30 good blogs - i would go for the 30 and then build them up then look at duplicating.

man, this blog is very weak. if it is just blog for linking then ok, but if you think to make some money of this blog, then polish it up, get some backlinks and so on.

you have to make 1 before you can make 1,000 ;) walk before you run and that ...

Polish this up, get used to monetizing etc. Find your market & get some regular visitors etc. etc. Once its doing ok, start another blog.

Or get blogslammer or something and just do 1,000 in a go. You'll need like 100 or so domains though, so unless you have $300 or so for some .info's don't think about it.

Everyone starts somewhere though, and atleast you're taking steps forward!

There are some great books here about blogs. to do with ad placement, content guides, templates, otherways to monetize, driving traffic, backlinks, other marketing etc.

Work on each one at a time. I.E. spend time backlinking till you hit a target. Then work on monetisation, then optimising hotspots etc.

Once you have 1 good blog, you can just use that as a basis for everything else.

It may take you a month or 2 to get into the swing of things, but once you are, you can do a new blog in literally a few hours and spend about a day optimising it etc. with some tools.

Even the longest journey starts with the first step ...
