I'm getting ready to list a website of mine on Flippa, and while I was doing some research for the listing I found out someone has developed an android/iphone app using the site's exact title, images, and content...my videos and everything without asking for permission.

When I found this out I was more surprised than anything, quite frankly I don't really care because I'm selling anyway. The app that was developed is free (with ads), has an average rating, and by my calculations has been downloaded about 1000 times. When I downloaded the app to see what it's about I wasn't impressed, it looks all slapped together with little care about design or functionality.

A funny thing about the app is that it still has a lot of my internal links within the content that link right back to my site. When I check my referral traffic in analytics to see if the app brought me any visitors I'm unable to tell, I'm not sure what to look for to be honest.

Not really looking for C&D advise, just putting it out there that this can happen. I found out about this app by Googling my site's exact title, you might want to consider doing this with your sites to see if this is happening to you.
