Just found out I got Banned on Akismet, did No Hands SEO do me in?

I've have a site that's two years old with Adsense on it.
The income was not great but stable over the last year.

So I got No Hands SEO and ran it on the site off and on for two week.
My income ranking remain the same #2 for the main keyword.

The payout jumped from 0.25 per click to 0.95 to 1.25 per click.
It was great, but then the clicks stopped, no clicks for 10 days.

This was driving me crazy, so I looked for an answer as to what was going on.

Than I came across this:

It's a site that tell you if you site is Banned on Akismet.
Well it turns out I'm now Banned on Akismet.

My question is, is there anything I can do to change this?

Contact them for reconsideration
or try to mark your comments as not spam on multiple blogs if you have more blogs or access to them.
