Just curious, how much would you charge a law firm for SEO?

I have my packages / prices already, but I just want to gauge how much you guys would charge a law firm (about a mid-size firm with 15 lawyers) for local listings in a major metropolis for high competition keywords?

I'd charge a lot. Doing SEO for law is very competitive/difficult. Are you doing anything on site or creating content?

I would totally take a percentage of the CPC you save with the organic traffic delivered. That way they know what they are buying and they know they are getting a good price.

If you are targeting a $50 CPC search term and deliver targeted traffic then why not get 10% of what they would have had to spend. It is win win.

10% is kinda low. I would do like 50%.

I did one and charged them $2000 per month - got them to 2nd on page 1 for 2 very competitive keywords, but always was papping myself though that they'd let me do the work then come after me to get their money back.

You know, being lawyers and all that.

no less than $1,500. a month if it's a very popular search like, "injury" or "divorce".
