I recently bought a new domain from auction, and realized that it has over 2,500 links pointing into it (some to the index page, some to other internal pages on the old site).

What would happen if I put a website up on this domain and used it to link to some of my other sites I own?

    1. Would the links built from the previous owner pass juice to my new site?
    2. Or do you lose all domain juice when it changes owners/registrars?

    Thoughts would be appreciated.

To best monetize this, I would redirect it to the most relevant CPA offer you have. Something that likely fits the domain. But yes, to answer your question, all links to the domain would still maintain now that it is yours. The links don't care who owns/registers the domain ;)

I cant check the PR yet...as I don't have a site on it. But I can do a YAHOO link: to check the back links.

But as BigHustlah suggested I will 301 all the links to my new site.

    Cheers.
