Just bought AMR & frankly....

I'm having a helluva time going the the author account sign up process.

Watched the tutorial vids, set everything up in order. Got my article saved & ready to go, loaded up a huge categories list that I found on BHW. And set up a throwaway POP3 email account through my host & conducted a successful test, so things should be working correctly.

Yet when I push the "sign up" button AMR goes the motions but my email account is empty. No confirmation emails?!

Not sure what to do here, can someone kindly give me a helping hand?

The problem must be your email setup. Hit your hosting support and they will help you.

All going to junk?

Make sure when you set up you emails you hit the test pop button to make sure it's working. The emails never go to junk. You should use an admin email if possible to increase your success rate. I've never had a problem setting up emails or receiving them in my inbox and I've blasted articles from several different accounts.
