    Hi Guys,

I have just have my first portfolio of about 25 domain names. I lot of them have direct keyword match for global searches, while some are good brandable domain names. What are best options for monotizing this portfolio? If I want to flip them where can I get the best price?

    thx.

    Home Page:
Get them developed before thinking of flipping. You need content and then design. If you make unique headers with related graphic this would increase your selling price.

If the portfolio is all related, you could consider sharing it with a domain broker who can sell it as a package, or individual domains. Or develop them slightly and sell them yourself.

Get some traffic, then go into Yellowpages and offer to sell them to related businesses.

Not sure why you would buy something you have no idea what to do with...but either way here is my suggestions.

Set them up on different C-Class Ip's and build them up nicely. Build backlinks and get them ranked and hopefully they will receive some nice page rank love from google. Throw up some adsense on them while you are building them. Make sure to use nice appealing headers and proper format. Use quality articles!!!! Make sure to do all the on page SEO correctly.

Flip the sites or turn them into a personal blog network and use it to rank a huge site :)

cool thanks a lot for the tips guys. I just happened find really good deals on godaddy expired domain auctions, so thought it would be a worth while investment. Now begins the hard work of monetizing them! ;)
