just abit of help please

well i have a movie website that has many streaming movies on and since im not getting much money from the adds i thought id put something on like a toolbar you have to download befor you can watch these fims...

basically i need something where you can see the video click onit that lets you download the toolbar then you will be able to watch the video..

any ideas on how todo this? big thx
