my site is new is just 3 - 4 days and i use my site for amazon affiliate so can i start with 10 pbn now ?

It doesn't matter how old your site may be. As long as you've launched it, you can already start building PBN links. The longer the delay, the more time you'd be wasting.

Make sure that your main site have some good quality content and that the pages are indexed by Google. Then you can start to create links from your PBN to the site. Just make sure that the links look natural (organic)

You can start working on PBNs as soon as possible in my opinion. This allows you enough time to slowly work on them to make them look good and natural websites.
